Chinese Tea Eggs, Chinese Tea Leaves Eggs or 茶葉蛋 in Mandarin, is a typical Chinese savory snack commonly sold by street vendors or in night markets in most Chinese communities throughout the world. Even in Singapore, it’s quite a favorite when night bazaars (Pasar Malam) are held in each neighborhood ranging from a few days to 1 week.
